HELDIN was founded by Margaux Van Puyvelde, a home brewer and bio-engineer from Opwijk with a passion for discovering new and interesting beers.
As a beer company, HELDIN is about using artisanal brewing techniques and local, natural ingredients and bringing these together with the wealth of knowledge available about brewing science today.

From brewing in the kitchen of her apartment to a starting and growing a beer company, this is how Margaux made HELDIN into what it is today.

How It Began
In 2017, Margaux started home brewing in her kitchen, using her background as a bio-engineer and her passion for flavor.

Recipe development
